Jam Jam 2018 is organized by the Finnish Game Jam and is located in the middle of a Finnish forest, on top of a mountain called Sappeenvuori \u2013 about 2h car ride from Helsinki (see details from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sappee.fi\/fi\">Sappee.fi<\/a>). The Jam Jam 2018 is also supported by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.neogames.fi\/\">Neogames<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The event consists of a one-day seminar with <strong>talks on game jams and jam games<\/strong> as well as<strong> two days of retreat<\/strong>. On the retreat days you can decide what you work on \u2013 bring your jam organizing team and work with planning or debriefing your jams or come without an agenda and talk with all other jam organizers and jam-organizers-to-be brainstorming new jams and sharing lessons on organizing events.<\/p>\n<p>The venue consists of eight well-equipped <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sappee.fi\/webshop\/index.php?mod=showprod&amp;act=showinfo&amp;id=1385&amp;availcount=0&amp;start_date=20.4.2018&amp;start_time=1200&amp;end_date=22.4.2018&amp;end_time=1200&amp;nowarn=yes&amp;single=yes\">cabins<\/a> with saunas and hot-tubs surrounded by the beauty of a Finnish forest and the power of the midnight sun of the Northern summer.<\/p>\n<p>The tickets will cover the rent of the cottages, Friday\u2019s seminar, lunches, snacks and the bus rides.
