All the sites have been jamming for a while now, even our extreme Survival Mode in the middle of Lapland. It is time to reveal the theme, which will be included into thousands of games created during this weekend. Here is the GGJ16 keynote, which includes the theme:
So the theme is “Ritual”. It is up to the teams to decide how they will interpret and include it to the games.
There is a second theme this year, exclusive for the Survival Mode to add further challenge for the extreme game jam – this theme is “Border”.
As usual, we cannot wait to see and play the games that come out of the jam!
